Hey Everyone!

Only a few days until HPU and I’ve already left for my trip down to campus! This includes a whopping 16 hour drive split up into two days across 6 states. We left early Wednesday morning and have driven over 600 miles and have arrived at a hotel in Harrisonburg, Virginia for the night. We’ll continue the trip tomorrow with arriving in High Point in the afternoon. I’ll spend the day Friday getting any supplies we couldn’t already fit in our overloaded Ford Explorer. By the way, if you own this car model, Uhaul won’t provide a trailer for it. Instead my family packed up about 4 or 5 large cardboard boxes with the bulky items that would have taken up a lot of trunk space and shipped them off to the hotel we are staying at HPU. A similar service is available where you can ship your items straight to campus! I didn’t find about this service until later unfortunately. I’m wicked excited for what is to come this weekend and I’ll be sure to give you all a full report!
